Grand Mercure Sydney to Implement Sugar CRM

SugarCRM, a company that makes a popular CRM platform with artificial intelligence, announced that The Hills Lodge Grand Mercure, which is part of the Accor Hotel Group, has chosen Sugar to improve its sales, marketing, and guest experience.

The Hills Lodge Grand Mercure is an upscale boutique hotel located in the heart of Sydney’s Hills Region. It offers fine accommodations and amenities as well as dining, entertainment, recreational activities, and special events for guests.

The Hills Lodge Grand Mercure will use Sugar Sell to find more potential customers and turn them into bookings; Sugar Market to send personalized marketing campaigns that engage customers authentically; and Sugar Connect to connect email data with Sugar so teams can better understand customer interactions.

The Sugar Market will help the hotel engage with their customers in a more personal way.

They will be able to send out targeted marketing campaigns that are more relevant to the customer. The Sugar Connect solution will also help by syncing email data with Sugar data. This will give the hotel a better understanding of their guests and allow them to interact with them in real-time. Finally, the Sugar solution will help consolidate the hotel’s tech stack, giving them a single view of their business and customer interactions.
