Historically speaking when it came to ESPs there have only been one or two players in the The Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) marketplace for enterprise senders and ESPs (email service providers). That has changed and the space is rapidly evolving, and one company reshaping the landscape is Halon. The company has recently forged a significant partnership with Netcore Cloud, one of the top ten global senders of emails.

Halon’s state-of-the-art MTA solution, Halon Engage, is the linchpin of this collaboration. The software promises dynamic scalability, efficient email traffic management, and optimal customer engagement, making it a suitable fit for businesses like Netcore.

Halon recently rolled out its Engage 10 software update, bolstering its partnership with Netcore and other firms. The newly launched features designed for larger senders include the seamless integration of mobile push notifications, real-time data access from external sources, and a new Injection API for smoother integration with applications. ‘Bounce Patrol,’ a distinctive feature, simplifies the handling of bounce messages, a task often deemed challenging by businesses sending large volumes of emails.

Fused with the new background HTTP request support, businesses can now make real-time data fetching without obstructing performance. This serves to pace well with the organizations running on data-driven decisions.

The relentless strides made by Halon have led to the company becoming an increasingly attractive option within the MTA market in respect of senders, they have long had a following in the enterprise mailbox provider space for those wanting to provision secure mailboxes..

With the recent rollouts and a firm commitment to evolve alongside the digital landscape, Halon continues to serve as a comprehensive solution for businesses worldwide. Hence, the partnership between Halon and Netcore underlines the company’s command of the evolving MTA space.
