Job Description: Markacy is seeking an Lifecycle CRM Manager to join our rapidly growing team in NYC. Reporting directly to our Head of CRM, this role will work across a variety of high growth consumer brand clients in the US to implement and manage CRM strategy across email, SMS and push-notification. Must have 5 years of experience in email marketing. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Things You Must Be Great At): Strong ability to be client facing - both running status meetings and working one-on-one with the client and Markacy leadership on strategy, copy, or creative planning. Develop efficiencies in the current email execution process, and optimize the daily email contact strategy to drive more value back to the business. Develop testing ideas around email segmentation and personalization to better engage, retain and reactivate customers. Develop a deep understanding of what resonates with our customers, sharing best practices with brands to improve end-to-end customer journeys. Run reporting and analytics to understand performance and identify trends to make recommendations for improvements. Deep expertise in triggered / automated drip campaigns and workflows, including flows for customer welcoming, browsing, abandoned cart, guiding pre- and post-purchase behavior, and re-engagement. Build a strong understanding of customer segmentation, behavior and consumer insights to leverage in marketing campaigns that drive customer LTV. Monitor email KPIs including deliverability and data hygiene. Ability to leverage resources to remain up-to-date on email marketing trends to ensure all campaigns are best in class. The ability to troubleshoot and have strong judgment on when to escalate issues is important. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Experience: 5 year of email marketing experience (designing/coding/sending emails) with HTML. 1-2 year managing an email marketing program. Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Skills: 4-6 year’s experience working with in a ESP Platform. Advanced level knowledge in HTML coding, CSS. Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop. Proficiency in Microsoft or Google Office Suite. Understanding of database marketing concepts and CRM technology. Ability to work independently, while also functioning as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
