Email CRM Executive Bond Street Permanent, working 36.5 hours per week. We have an exciting opportunity for an Email CRM Executive to join our eCommerce Team. Our Digital Marketing Team are currently working from home and we are looking for candidates who could be based from offices in Bond Street or Kingston in the future
About the role The Email CRM Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the weekly email campaigns, driving traffic and sales to our website. The role will cover campaign execution, building, briefing & reporting whilst overseeing automations/triggers and journeys and supporting in the delivery of the overall CRM Strategy. About the team In under two years the digital team have developed, launched, and expanded Fenwick’s first transactional website. Against the backdrop of the current retail landscape the digital marketing team are now in an exciting, fast-paced growth phase to expand the Fenwick online presence, rapidly delivering increased sales while supporting our 9 retail stores, all with a Fundamentally Fenwick level of customer service. Working alongside the acquisition team and reporting into Lydia you will be well supported as you take email and CRM to the next level.
About the candidate Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast paced and ever-changing retail industry Experience in an email marketing executive or similar role for a retail website Experience using SFMC or ExactTarget and knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Modules Strong understanding of email marketing & email marketing best practice Clear understanding & knowledge of customer segmentation & customer journeys Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams Able to manage time well and prioritise multiple workstreams Good analytical skills and familiar with Google Analytics with a strong attention to detail The closing date for applications for this role is 17/06/20.
