Zoho has introduced two new updates to ZeptoMail focused on improving transactional email operations and workflow automation: Global Search and a new Workato integration.
The updates expand ZeptoMail’s operational tooling and integration ecosystem for teams managing transactional email infrastructure.
Global Search Simplifies Email Troubleshooting
ZeptoMail now includes a Global Search feature that allows users to search across emails using filters directly from the platform interface.
According to Zoho, the feature is designed to make “finding the right email easier than ever,” helping users quickly locate email activity and related information across the platform.
For operational and deliverability teams, centralized search capabilities can help reduce the time spent reviewing logs, tracking delivery activity, and troubleshooting transactional email issues.

Workato Integration Expands Automation Workflows
Zoho has also launched a Workato integration for ZeptoMail, enabling transactional emails to be incorporated into automated workflows built on the Workato platform.

According to Zoho’s integration documentation, users can now configure ZeptoMail actions within Workato recipes to automatically trigger transactional emails based on workflow events such as application activity, spreadsheet updates, or operational triggers.
