Priyanka Roy Director, Customer Success N.Europe at Validity Inc.
Priyanka is the Director of Customer Success at Validity for Northern Europe. She has over 15 years of experience in General Insurance and IT sectors where she has always been passionate about data. Most recently she was heading up the Client Services team for N.Europe at Return Path(Now a part of Validity) where she spent 9 years immersed in all things email. Priyanka has also contributed as a thought leader where she has shared her Email insights in Industry events like Festival of Marketing, Future of Email, Emarsys Revolution and several Return Path Academies. She hopes to continue to be more involved with the community as an active contributor with Industry bodies like the DMA , M3AAWG and many others. Priyanka has received her IDM award in Email marketing in 2013.

In her free time Priyanka is an avid reader, plays indoor sports like Badminton and Table Tennis, loves to travel and lastly is a foodie who thinks cooking can be a great stress buster.

Sandra Schubert Email Strategist, Validity
Sandra began her career in email when she joined Return Path in June 2010.

After three years of supporting RP’s Channel Partners, she moved to the Client Success Team where she was able to share what she had learned by providing consultative support and troubleshooting deliverability issues. Since then, Sandra took on another challenge as Email Strategist, helping clients define and implement email best practices to meet their business needs, improve their performances and refines their email program.

Outside of work Sandra is a passionate diver. In her free time, you can find her somewhere on the planet chasing turtles, sharks or dolphins underwater.
