You are in the business of managing all manner of technical issues for your org. Possibly a product owner or other professional in the tech-ops team or any number of other roles could be called on to create, change, maintain, update, verify the DNS configuration in respect of your orgs email.

The extent of your email authentication may be copying and pasting records supplied by an ESP or upstream vendor, hacking an SPF record or something similar.

You will already understand the essentials of DNS and manage or have access to domains DNS configuration in your purview and you know how to fire up a telnet session.

This is an Intensive Email Authentication Training session. The training is a thorough, practical and comprehensive hands on lecture.

In this class you will learn how to configure and verify SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and how to implement a comprehensive email authentication strategy. You will learn how to deal with email authentication failures and how to troubleshoot common issues.

This training is tailored specifically to the needs of professionals managing domain DNS records for email marketers and will teach you how to generate DKIM keys, test, validate, configure SPF records properly, generate a functional DMARC record and other aspects of creating advanced fully functioning DNS records for better email delivery and security.
