Spotler Group Completes Three Acquisitions to Date in Q4 2025

The Spotler Group has continued to expand its presence across several European markets with three acquisitions completed over the past quarter. The moves strengthen its position in email marketing, customer data management and event technology.

Expansion in Eastern Europe

In December 2025, Spotler acquired Webpower Adria, an email-marketing specialist active in Eastern Europe. The deal supports Spotler’s entry into that region and adds a company with established experience in local email-marketing practices.

Growth in the UK

On 25 November 2025, Spotler announced the acquisition of Hive Marketing Cloud, a UK-based platform focused on customer-data management. Hive brings experience in sectors such as travel, subscriptions and retail. With this acquisition, Spotler increases its presence in the UK market while adding tools related to customer-data platforms.

Broader Event-Tech Offering

Earlier, on 7 November 2025, the company acquired UpVisit, a German event-app provider. UpVisit develops tools for events, such as visitor guidance, scheduling and interaction features. The acquisition adds event-technology capabilities to Spotler’s portfolio.

Overview

Together, these three acquisitions reflect Spotler’s effort to broaden its footprint in Europe and expand into areas beyond its original marketing-automation tools. How the acquired technologies will be combined or integrated into the group’s existing services remains to be seen, but the past quarter marks a period of rapid activity for the company.
