Spotler was founded in June 2017 after the merger of sister companies Blinker (e-mail marketing agency) and MailPlus (ESP). However, both companies have been active since 2004. After its foundation, Blinker and MailPlus have built up a leading position in the Netherlands when it comes to developing and delivering e-mail marketing software and services.
