Good #email marketing is fresh and relevant. Learning-To-Rank #personalisation tracks what products get displayed to each user and learns from the user's passive behaviour, ensuring products don't repeat and don't feature products the user ignores.

As an essential distinction, Learning-To-Rank is different from predictive analytics or 'people who bought X also bought Y' personalisation.
