Incident Overview
On April 11, 2025, Cloudways initially started to reported that several Rackspace server IP addresses were blocked by SpamCop and Microsoft, leading to significant email delivery issues for users.
By May 7, efforts were underway to delist affected IPs, with improvements noted in email deliverability. However by May 27 again Rackspace users were again impacted with a Microsoft and SpamCop Blocking. Indicating some efforts may need to be undertaken by Rackspace to address compliance issues on their network.
