Transactional email, SMS, WhatsApp and voice APIs
Zoho CPaaS is a cloud communication platform from Zoho, formerly named ZeptoMail. It provides APIs for transactional email, SMS, WhatsApp messages and automated voice calls, managed through one console.
Its email channel supports SMTP relay and an email sending API for messages such as verification codes, password resets and order confirmations. The email channel is intended for transactional messages. SMS availability is currently limited to Zoho’s India data centre.
