Mailtrap Email Sandbox captures messages sent from development, staging and test environments before they reach real recipients. Applications submit messages to a test SMTP endpoint; developers can inspect the content and headers, check HTML and spam indicators, and use the Sandbox API for automated tests.

It is a separate product from Mailtrap’s production email delivery services. It does not by itself provide screenshots from every email client.
