Postmastery Joins Emailexpert as Strategic Partner

Postmastery has joined Emailexpert as a Strategic Partner Member for 2026-2027, formalising five years of collaboration spanning nine events across seven cities.

The relationship began at Inbox Expo Winter 2021 in Valencia, where Postmastery came on board as a Silver Sponsor. It was the first collaboration between the two organisations, and it set the pattern that has held ever since: sponsorship paired with genuine technical participation, not a logo on a banner.

“Postmastery is the sponsor other sponsors ask us about,” said Andrew Bonar, Managing Director of Emailexpert. “They arrive with engineers and content rather than a pitch deck. When they launched Postmastery Day in 2024 it was an experiment. It became a fixture because the sessions were worth a full day of anyone’s time. Strategic Partner status recognises what has been true for a while now: this is one of our longest-standing and most substantive collaborations.”

In 2022 Postmastery supported Emailexpert’s first in-person Deliverability Summit in London, contributing technical presentations alongside its sponsorship. Later that year it stepped up to Gold Sponsor for Inbox Expo Summer in Valencia.

The 2023 programme saw Postmastery sponsor Deliverability Summit Prague and the inaugural Martech Festival Utrecht, where it delivered one of the strongest technical programmes of the event. Inbox Expo was sold to Email Industries in 2023 and is no longer an Emailexpert property. Postmastery’s support has continued without interruption through Emailexpert’s current events programme.

The partnership reached a new milestone in 2024. Postmastery joined Deliverability Summit Amsterdam as Headline Partner and launched the inaugural Postmastery Customer Day alongside it. The dedicated programme brought customers, partners and the wider community together for a full day of technical presentations, workshops and networking. It created a model few sponsors attempt: an education-first day built and run by a vendor, open to the community. The same year, Postmastery contributed to the Deliverability Summit Intensive in Alicante, Emailexpert’s advanced training programme.

In 2025 Postmastery became Title Sponsor of Deliverability Summit Amsterdam, the Postmastery Edition, and hosted a second consecutive Postmastery Day. In 2026 the company participated as Platinum Partner at Deliverability Summit Barcelona, held at La Pedrera during the Festival of Email week.

Throughout, the technical contribution has been consistent. Willem Stam and CTO Maarten Oelering have delivered sessions on deliverability, benchmarking and email infrastructure across multiple events, helping raise the technical standard of the wider programme.

It includes strategic collaboration, professional memberships, educational initiatives, webinars and podcasts, community development and technical content creation, alongside ongoing support for professional standards within the global email industry.

Across five years the pattern has been consistent: technical depth, education and community over product pitches. Strategic Partner status continues that.

Postmastery remains part of Emailexpert’s Enterprise Member roster and will take part in the 2026-2027 events programme.
