About
The AuthIndicators Working Group develops Brand Indicators for Message Identification, known as BIMI. The specification lets supporting email systems associate a brand logo with authenticated mail. The BIMI Group website provides the specification, implementation guidance and resources for organisations preparing their domains and logo assets.

Resources include a BIMI record builder, SVG assistance and validation tools, together with information about participating mailbox providers and certificate issuers. Implementation involves email authentication, a suitable logo and a DNS record. Logo display depends on the receiving provider's requirements and decision, so publishing a record alone does not force a logo to appear.
The group does not sell products or consulting and does not send email on behalf of brands. Its contact route is for BIMI and working-group matters; individual message complaints belong with the relevant sender or mail provider, and certificate questions with the issuer. News and technical updates are also available through its RSS feed.
BIMI preparation requires an enforced DMARC policy of quarantine or reject and a compliant SVG Tiny-PS logo hosted at a stable HTTPS address.
