Marketing automation platform Netcore Cloud (a founding sponsor of emailexpert) has released Insights Agent, an AI-powered analytics tool that provides conversational access to campaign performance data across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notification channels.
The tool, integrated directly into Netcore’s platform, allows users to query campaign data using natural language questions such as “Why did my Black Friday email underperform?” The system responds with analysis, optimization recommendations, and data visualizations without requiring SQL knowledge or separate business intelligence licenses.
According to the company, Insights Agent has been trained specifically on marketing campaign data and cross-channel user behaviors, differentiating it from general-purpose analytics tools. The conversational interface aims to reduce the technical barrier typically associated with campaign data analysis.
The tool provides AI-generated recommendations and cross-channel intelligence within Netcore’s existing user interface. Users can access insights for campaign troubleshooting, performance optimization, and executive reporting without switching between multiple platforms or dashboards.
Netcore Cloud currently serves over 6,500 brands across e-commerce, retail, banking, media, and travel sectors. The Insights Agent feature is available to all existing Netcore Cloud platform users as part of their current subscriptions.
The launch represents Netcore’s continued focus on integrating AI capabilities into its customer engagement suite, following broader industry trends toward conversational AI interfaces for marketing technology platforms.
