Kaseya, a provider of IT and security management software, has acquired INKY, a company specialising in AI-driven email security for managed service providers (MSPs) and small to midsize businesses (SMBs).
INKY uses generative AI, behavioral analysis, and real-time user guidance to identify phishing and impersonation attacks. Its system provides alerts within users’ inboxes to help them recognize potential risks, including conversation hijacking and QR-code phishing.
As part of Kaseya, INKY’s technology will be integrated into Kaseya 365 User and is expected to work with Kaseya’s broader platform to analyze threats and generate AI-driven insights.
Dave Baggett, Founder and CEO of INKY, said the acquisition provides an opportunity to expand the use of INKY’s technology within Kaseya’s ecosystem.
INKY will continue to be available as a stand-alone product and as part of Kaseya 365 User.
