The Marketing Specialist will optimize and execute email marketing campaigns and landing pages that drive retention and new customer acquisition and revenue. This individual will work closely with our marketing directors to create automated and direct campaigns with responsibility for marketing-specific website updates and materials. Core Responsibilities include: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Deploy and manage email campaigns and landing pages, including but not limited to, editing messages, leading design and copy reviews, structuring AB tests, scheduling deliveries and reporting on email results. Collaborate with creative team to ideate, test, and scale top-performing email messaging and visual creative. Optimize and implement best practices with an eye for scalable efficiency and automation. Increase the number of email list subscribers, as well as develop and implement subscriber segments. QA campaigns for functionality, rendering, tracking and customer experience. Maintain a current understanding and application of email best practices. Responsible for daily-weekly-monthly email reporting, including customer engagement metrics, trends, test results and campaign performance. Responsible for updating company site web banners, product and landing pages as needed. Responsible for creation of coupon codes and management and communication of pertinent information of code use, start, end and restrictions. Work closely with outside analytics partners to optimize traffic. Work closely with Compliance team to ensure all campaign materials are in regulatory compliance. Qualifications: Qualified candidates must have a BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field in addition to 2+ years of email marketing or applicable online advertising experience, preferably in both a B2B and B2C capacity. Must have a minimum of 1-year solid working experience of HubSpot specifically landing page and email marketing. Must be proficient in MS Office with intermediate Excel skills and HTML and CSS for email production. Ideal Candidates have the following traits: Science background and/or experience in the supplement industry. Copywriting/ copy-editing skills. Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google AdWords. Experience with A/B and multivariate testing. Ability to code HTML and CSS is a plus, but at minimum, capacity to use HTML and CSS in email production. Adobe Suite Proficient. Excellent project management skills, attention to detail and proactive approach to getting things done. Analytically minded, comfortable manipulating, visualizing and interpreting data in excel. Familiarity with updating web content through a CMS platform (WordPress). Working knowledge of eCommerce platform administration (Woo Commerce).
