POSITION SUMMARY: COIT, a leader in the specialty cleaning and restoration industry is currently seeking a full-time Email Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate is a thought-leader on email marketing and should have hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns utilizing email platforms, specifically Campaign Monitor. This person will have strong working knowledge of setting up, validating and tracking email campaigns across multiple markets. Attention to detail and ability to write informative material creatively will be a strong advantage to the candidate. This position will be a remote position 50% of the time.
Deploy and manage email campaigns including but not limited to editing messages, leading design and copy reviews, structuring AB tests, scheduling deliveries and reporting on email results. Collaborate with the creative team to ideate, test, and scale top-performing email messaging and visual creative. Develop and distribute a variety of customer communications that drive engagement, from one-off email sends to marketing automation campaigns Optimize and implement best practices with an eye for scalable efficiency and automation. Increase the number of email list subscribers, plus develop and implement subscriber segments. QA campaigns for functionality, rendering, tracking and customer experience Maintain a current understanding and application of email best practices Responsible for daily-weekly-monthly email reporting, including customer engagement metrics, trends, test results and campaign performance. Own end-to-end strategy and implementation of all campaign monitor systems, including design, coding, set-up and execution Collaborate with Marketing, web dev, digital and other departments as needed to ensure campaigns are aligned among all channels Manage the email calendar to balance product marketing, events, education and other communications and prevent subscriber burnout Personalize content based on different customer profiles Implement effective A/B testing of different email components and analyze/report on effectiveness of different customer campaigns Responsible for tracking growth and effectiveness of social media campaigns using excel. Manage necessary approvals for all content and project manage against deadlines OTHER DUTIES: All other duties as assigned
