Primary Responsibilities: . Lead and execute eCRM annual calendar via off the shelf CRM too oAutomated flows 0 Personalization of flows oAd-hoc I seasonal campaigns and promotions . Responsible for eCRM content, with the direction from founders and asset help from GEMZ designer . Real time and periodic analytics and analysis (especially on eCRMs contribution to LTV and business model, retention, churn, loyalty, etc).
