Needs to have a holistic understanding of analytics as they will work hand in hand with the Acquisition team member. Nice to have: HUB, SALESFORCE, PARDOT. Need to be able to build workflows. Primary Responsibilities: . Lead and execute eCRM annual calendar via off the shelf CRM too oAutomated flows 0 Personalization of flows oAd-hoc I seasonal campaigns and promotions . Responsible for eCRM content, with the direction from founders and asset help from GEMZ designer . Real time and periodic analytics and analysis (especially on eCRMs contribution to LTV and business model, retention, churn, loyalty, etc).
Job Description: Manage database marketing. Wants this person to be able to advise on how to grow by harvesting and converting data and info. Strong communication and testing skills are key. Need to be able to identify where a consumer is in a brand journey. Content creator or be able to recommend changes to teams.
