CRM TECHNICAL SPECIALIST LONDON £40,000-£45,000 + BENEFITS + BONUS THE COMPANY This company is a technology giant with a massive customer base. They operate across the food retail space and have penetrated the market extensively since they were founded. They are looking for a CRM Technical Specialist to ensure all campaigns are correctly distributed. THE ROLE As an CRM Technical Specialist, you will be working in a small and collaborative team. Some of your main responsibilities will be: Ensure SQL coding is correct throughout all campaigns that are due to be distributed. Work across all channels; email, SMS and push. Work on email build, email scheduling, sending and audience segmentation. Acting as a subject matter expert to the CRM team and wider business areas. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE A successful CRM Technical Specialist will have: Commercial experience using advanced SQL. Commercial experience working across campaigns on all channels. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Educated to a degree level or above.
