Purpose of Job This position is to create a single customer view, manage customer profile and segments, initiate and execute customer targeting programs across channels and product categories in order to lift customer life time value. Job Requirements Bachelor degree in Marketing, Economics or Business degree with focus or minor on Statistics 5 to 7 years experience on digital personalization, targeted marketing, customer segmentation and engagement, and customer data analyses or related positions Experience on working on big dataset with support of data engineers/ statistician/ BI analyst Experience on driving actionable customer insight from raw data Has expertise in driving and executing data-driven marketing and customer strategies and plans Experience on implementing customer targeting functionalities or personalization in eCommerce website, email marketing and other related channels Shows expertise and experience leading and executing multiple large-scale marketing plans at one time, with focus and efficiency Knowledge and experience using Adobe Analytics or other analytics suite Fair understanding on data and statistical modelling Fair understanding on digital data collection, database synchronization, and tag management/ dynamic experience delivery technology Must have customer-driven mindset, and data-driven/ analytical thinking Great inter-personal and communication skills Strong presentation and story-telling capabilities, especially using data visualization features Capable to work in fast-paced and multi-tasking environment Self-driven and self-directed Result driven and detail oriented Able to proactively initiate new ideas but also to thoroughly follow through decisions Job Description Work with data scientist and BI analyst to create single customer view, including identify management and ID synchronization of customers. Manage customer profile and segmentation, craft complex customer analyses that uncover actionable insights to drive positive business outcomes Develop customer KPIs and measurement frameworks to build a comprehensive customer goal set, based off which customer strategies will be derived from. Create customer report to consistently monitor customer performance Create, test, measure and report customer engagement programs for better customer performance, such as up-sell/ cross-sell modules, life cycle marketing, segment based targeting, personalized experience, life time value enhancement and etc. Work with all marketing channel owners, product merchandisers, category marketers, creative designer and copywriters to plan, schedule and execute customer-driven campaigns on day to day basis across channels and categories with relevant offer and content based on the value proposition for targeted customer segment Work with internal tech teams or external 3rd party solution providers and leverage marketing automation and tagging/real-time experience management technology to guide personalization implementation and dynamic customer targeting features Based on different targetability and working mechanism in major digital marketing channels to activate different customer targeting plans that's feasible and suitable for each channel, such as email marketing, onsite dynamic targeting, SEM, social media marketing and external retargeting.
