CRM Manager London £35,000 to £40,000 p.a. + benefits d.o.e.CRM Manager required for exciting, fast paced, internet retailing / e-commerce businessTHE ROLEWorking closely with the Head of Marketing and the Head of Ecommerce, your key focus will be management and growth of the customer database and increasing lifetime value (CLTV). Responsibilities include:Monitoring customer recency, frequency and monetary value (RFM)Expert interrogation and analysis of database to drive business revenuesManaging lead generation and quality across the various touchpointsProduct owner of Email Service Provider/CRM system (currently Emarsys)Optimising customer segmentation and personalisation for CRM activityUse of CRM platform for multi-channel customer communicationsMaintaining email reputation / deliverability across key ISPsEnsuring all CRM activity is legally compliantManaging Direct Mail initiatives including brochures and parcel insertsSupport setting of all new customer, retention and other associated KPIsDetailed reporting on all aspects of Email, CRM and Direct Mail THE COMPANYOur client is an award winning online retailing / e-tailing / e-commerce business with a strong internet presence and innovative and contemporary product designs serving a loyal and growing consumer base. Already an established supplier to the UK and global market place, they are now recruiting for further support staff to service the ever increasing demand.THE PERSONAs CRM Manager you will have previous experience in a similar role working with consumer / customer databases in a numerate and analytical capacity. You will be highly numerate and computer literate with Excel to a highly proficient level with the ability to manage, manipulate and gain meaningful insights and actions from large data sets. You will have broad knowledge of:CRM platforms / Email Service Providers / Marketing automation programmesHigh-quality database growth and retention at a high frequencyDetailed reporting and initial set up of new templates / modelsContent Management Systems and Google AnalyticsEmarsys or similar programmes would be an advantage, but not essentialIn addition, strong communication and organisational skills are required along with a high level of confidence to deal with external partners and key internal stakeholders.
