I work as a Customer Success Engineer at SMTP2GO. I help to guide people through the decision-making process, setup and troubleshooting processes once they’re up and running.
If you could have any email superpower, what power would you have and why?
The power to drill into people the importance of updating your DNS records before sending. No one wants to see “sent via” in their inbox!
What are your passions outside email?
Spending time with my family (I have to say that, don’t I?), dog training, a good bottle of wine, yoga and fostering abandoned kittens and puppies. The best part? They’re all compatible so I can do everything at once.
Cats or Dogs?
That’s a tough one. I’ve got three cats, two dogs, two chinchillas, a tortoise, four aquariums of different fish, and I’m currently fostering 5 abandoned kittens too. Even though the cats outnumber the dogs, I think it has to be dogs!
When did you speak for emailexpert and how was it valuable?
March 2021 at Inbox Expo. I loved seeing such big names in the email industry coming together to communicate about communication.
