Infobip has announced a series of key leadership changes, effective January 1, 2026. The appointments reflect the company’s focus on innovation, AI adoption, and continued global expansion.
Krešo Žmak has been named Chief Innovation Officer (CINO), a newly created position. Krešo will lead company-wide change initiatives, with a strong focus on embedding AI across Infobip’s product portfolio and supporting the organization’s transformation into an AI-first company.
Ante Pamuković becomes Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), overseeing revenue strategy and growth. Ante’s priorities include leveraging AI and automated go-to-market strategies to enhance value and experience for Infobip’s customers worldwide.
Veselin Vuković joins the Board of Directors as Chief Alliances Officer. Veselin, who has been with Infobip since 2010 and Chief Alliances Officer since January 2025, will now oversee key governance, strategic, and operational decisions at the board level.
Igor Dvoršak has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, managing VP General Managers, strategy development, and market intelligence. His expanded role is designed to improve organizational efficiency and regional coordination.
