Infobip published a comparison of AI tools for email deliverability on 22 September. It explains how the company’s Email Deliverability Agent works and ranks it against tools from other email providers. The Agent came first.
The Agent is a chat assistant inside Infobip’s Email Deliverability Center, introduced in the company’s Q2 2026 product updates. Users ask questions in plain language, such as which IPs are on a blocklist, which sender domains have the highest bounce rates, or how this week compares with last. It works from the sender’s own Infobip traffic: delivery and bounce data, engagement, spam-trap hits, and IP and domain reputation. The Center’s reputation views draw on Google Postmaster Tools, Microsoft and Sender Score data alongside blocklists.
According to the documentation, answers follow a fixed structure: a summary, supporting metrics, then recommended actions sorted into high, medium and low priority. Users can also upload email HTML for a content check covering broken links, missing unsubscribe links, formatting problems and spam trigger words. Anyone who has watched modern filters at work may give that last item less weight than the others.
The comparison covers Amazon SES Virtual Deliverability Manager, Mailgun Optimize, SendGrid, SparkPost (Bird) and Postmark. Infobip’s final ranking puts itself first, followed by Mailgun, Amazon SES and SendGrid. The article does not say how the vendors were assessed.
It does concede some ground. Infobip accepts that Google Postmaster Tools remains the authoritative source for Gmail diagnostics, and that the Agent does not do seed-list inbox placement testing. Its visibility is strongest for traffic sent through Infobip. The company points to its acquisition of SocketLabs as the route to monitoring senders who use more than one ESP.
The case for the tool is simple enough. Deliverability data arrives in volumes nobody reads in full, and a tool that answers direct questions about a sender’s own traffic could save someone an afternoon in a spreadsheet.
