The Festival of Email, one of the email industry’s most anticipated events, returns in 2025 with a cutting-edge online edition set to take place October 8–9. A must-attend for professionals in email marketing, CRM, deliverability, and copywriting, this year’s event promises to be the biggest and most interactive Festival of Email to date.

Officially open for speaker submissions, the Festival offers an elevated virtual experience for speakers, sponsors, and delegates alike, all delivered via a brand-new event platform designed to enhance engagement, deliverability education, and meaningful networking.

“We’re redefining what it means to run a virtual event,” said Andrew Bonar, organiser of Festival of Email. “Our goal is to go beyond the typical webinar experience and offer real value, evergreen exposure, and networking opportunities for speakers.”

Why Speak at Festival of Email 2025?

  • Evergreen Reach: Speaker sessions will live on in the Festival’s Replay Library and on Email TV, giving experts continuous exposure long after the live broadcast ends.
  • Lead-Gen Giveaways: Speakers can offer downloadable e-guides, templates, or mini-courses directly on their talk and profile pages to collect warm, opt-in leads.
  • Post-Event Analytics: Detailed session analytics, including engagement metrics, watch time, demographics, polls, and chats, will be available to all speakers on request.

This year’s theme emphasises practical takeaways and community connection. Whether your expertise lies in copywriting, advanced segmentation, CRM strategies, marketing, email deliverability, automation, or list growth, Festival of Email 2025 offers a powerful platform to share your voice, build your brand, and monetize your insights.

Speaker submissions are extended and now open now through June 30, 2025.
