UniOne provides email delivery through a Web API and SMTP. Typical uses include account verification, password recovery, order confirmations, receipts, abandoned-basket reminders and marketing campaigns. Projects can have separate API keys and settings, which supports applications or teams managing several distinct streams of mail.

The platform includes templates, a visual email builder, event webhooks, suppression management and custom tracking domains. Reporting covers delivery, bounces, complaints, opens and clicks, with CSV export. The published Standard plan retains event logs for up to 45 days and analytics for up to 100 days.
UniOne offers a four-month trial with 6,000 emails per month, followed by a paid plan. Its trial subscription requires card details, and extra messages or validations can be charged. Dedicated IP addresses and extended support are optional services. API documentation, integration libraries and round-the-clock chat and email support are available.
The delivery_info webhook data includes the sending IP and geolocation details.
