Scaleway provides Transactional Email, or TEM, within its cloud platform. Developers can send account confirmations, password messages, order updates and alerts through an API or SMTP relay. TEM is intended for transactional traffic: Scaleway expressly excludes marketing campaigns, and the service does not receive incoming email.
