Capabilities differ by workspace and licence. Google Workspace functions include OAuth grant investigation and controls for files shared through Drive. Account Takeover Resilience adds message-level access controls for sensitive historical mail, password resets and identity-verification messages, together with investigation records. It can be bought as an add-on or separately.
Essentials is published at US$4 per user per month and Advanced at US$6, billed annually, plus a fee based on Shared Drive storage. ATO Resilience is an additional US$3 per user per month or US$5 standalone. Shared architecture is the default; dedicated cloud projects and more tailored management arrangements are available.
