Its Platform offering includes editing and recipient management. Mail Relay instead sends messages created in the customer’s systems through API or SMTP, and does not include the editor, recipient management or link tracking. Additional spaces can separate campaigns, transactions, teams or brands.
Billing uses sending volume with unlimited contacts, combining setup, a base fee and monthly packages or annual quotas. Marketing, transactional and SMTP messages sent through a Platform account count together.
