Users can access Hushmail through webmail, its iPhone app and supported mail applications. Custom domains, aliases and account administration support business use. Higher plans add email templates, scheduling, secure forms, signatures and branding options, with forms suited to processes such as client intake, consent and assessments.
Healthcare plans include email archiving and a Business Associate Agreement, which are intended to support healthcare practices’ compliance requirements. Small Business plans have a different contractual scope and do not include that agreement. Pricing varies by account count and tier; Basic focuses on email, Essentials adds forms and productivity features, and Growth adds branding and additional security controls.
Completed secure forms arrive directly in the Hushmail inbox, keeping intake responses in the same place as client email.
