SAP Emarsys is now SAP Engagement Cloud
SAP Emarsys is now SAP Engagement Cloud. SAP announced the name change on 17 February 2026. The offering combines customer data and marketing automation across email, SMS, web and other channels. The existing solution continues as the Emarsys Edition, with customers retaining their customer-success and support teams. SAP also introduced an Enterprise Edition for organisations managing multiple brands, regions and business units.
