About
DMARCLY monitors SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication for an organisation’s sending domains. After a domain owner adds its reporting record to DNS, the service processes reports into dashboards showing sending sources, authentication results and changes over time. This helps teams identify legitimate services and investigate unauthorised use of their domain.

Features include aggregate and forensic report handling, automatic subdomain detection, sender identification, reputation monitoring, alerts and DNS history. Safe SPF is an additional function for managing complex SPF records. Plans also describe BIMI, MTA-STS and TLS reporting, while Enterprise adds an API, user access controls and SAML single sign-on.
Subscriptions differ by domain count, authenticated email volume, data retention, users and Safe SPF allowances. A 14-day trial is available. The published billing rules allow a temporary move to the next plan when monthly traffic exceeds its allowance, with extra-domain and high-volume charges specified separately. DMARCLY explicitly notes that DMARC authentication does not bypass a receiver’s spam filtering or rate limits.
Published customer testimonials include Semester at Sea and SBIT Group. Semester at Sea’s example concerns an SPF record that had become too complex, alongside a need to monitor DMARC reports.
