The platform includes a visual editor, responsive templates, recipient management, segmentation, personalised content and signup forms. Additional functions include voucher codes, a public newsletter archive, suppression management, bounce processing and heat-map reporting. A SOAP API connects content management and commerce systems, and transactional messages have their own reporting.
Hosted plans differ in sending speed, domains and integration options, while agency and reseller requirements are handled separately from the published standard business tariffs. BACKCLICK also offers campaign production, deliverability support, integration work and training. Organisations selecting the on-premises edition need to provide their own server environment.
